Project Planning Application to Juice Production Using PERT/CPM Technique: A Case Study

Timely delivery of natural and fresh juice to its’ growing customers is the focus SCUBED 100%. The CPM (Critical Path Method) PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) techniques were applied in minimizing expected time duration for production at current a batch stood 656.66 minutes.
